While the active ingredients and therapeutic effects are identical/same to brand-name drugs, generic manufacturers focus on replicating the formula efficiently, leading to significant cost savings for consumers.
- Do I need a prescription to order medicines from your Online pharmacy?
Yes, a valid prescription from a licensed doctor is mandatory to order prescription medicines from our online pharmacy. You can upload a scanned copy or picture of your prescription during checkout. Our team will validate the Prescription and process your order. They will contact you if any information is not clear or needs clarifications on your given contact number.
Few products may not require a prescription, please check the product details for the same.
- What happens if I don’t have a prescription for a medicine I need?
We recommend consulting with a licensed doctor to obtain a prescription for the medicine you require. We cannot dispense prescription medicines without a valid prescription.

- Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?
As we are committed to providing affordable medicines and well-being products to our esteemed customers, we provide generous discounts on all our products already. We are presently working on creating a loyalty program for our beloved customers and you will be notified once it is rolled out.

- How do I place an order?
Our ordering process is simple and convenient. Browse our selection of medicines or products, add them to your cart, upload your prescription (if required), and proceed to checkout. You can choose your preferred payment method and based on your shipping address, a flat rate is charged. Also based on your Order value, free shipping option is automatically applied and you get your products delivered for free.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of secure payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI.
- How can I track my order?
You can track your order status by logging into your account or using the tracking number provided with your shipment confirmation email.
- What is your return policy?

- Where can I find my uploaded prescription?
Once you place the order successfully and Order is created, you will receive an email, given during the ordering process, with Order details along with an uploaded prescription. Kindly provide a valid email address and you can login to our portal using your registered email address.
- How can I upload multiple prescriptions?
If you have more than 1 file to upload as prescriptions, below are the options:
- If you have more than 1 file to upload, please zip them into a single file and upload them to the Order page.
- Put them all into a document and upload that document as a single file.
- Create a PDF with all the prescriptions files or pictures using a free Mobile App like CamScanner and then upload the PDF file.
Shipping
- What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free shipping above an order value of Rs. 499/-. You can see the exact shipping cost during checkout before confirming your order.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery timelines depend on your location. We typically dispatch orders within 24-48 hours, all days of the week. You will receive a notification by email or SMS or Whatsapp message, with estimated delivery timelines once your order is confirmed.

We source our medicines from reputable, branded and licensed manufacturers who adhere to strict quality control standards. All medicines comply with Indian regulatory requirements. We do not sell the medicines or products from cheap manufacturers as we are committed to Best Quality and Well-being of our esteemed customers.
- What if I receive a damaged or incorrect medicine?
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect medicine, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
